Toppila Business Area

Toppila Business Area is a new industrial area that offers companies the opportunity to design a whole that meets their needs. The largest plot in the area is up to 22 hectares in size. In Alavus, the processing of building permits is the fastest in Finland!

The location close to the Tuuri shopping village enables the utilisation of the annual customer flow of six million people.

Rantatöysä Business Area

Rantatöysä Business Area is a concentration of a traditional joinery industry, where significant investments have also recently been made, for example in the food industry. Elonen Oy Bakery invested approximately 12 million in production facilities, machinery and equipment in the area. Alavus Ikkunat Oy is also expanding their production area by 2 000 m2.

There are two vacant plots suitable for industrial construction, of which the smaller one is 1,6 ha and the larger one 4,3 ha.

Lasipelto Business area

Lasipelto Business Area is located along good transport connections. There is a fast connection from the area to main roads 66 and 18. In addition, the Vaasa-Jyväskylä rail connection is located just under one kilometer away. These enable efficient goods traffic both at home country and abroad.

Plots reserved for industrial construction are 5 244 m2, 17 295 m2 and 44 882 m2.

The area offers space for expansion and opportunity to utilize nearby resources and cooperation networks. There are operating many companies, including Finnglass Oy, Riikku Group Oy, Alavus Ikkunat Oy and HTR- Steel Oy.

Rekola Business area

Rekola Business Area is located near the center of Alavus, at the intersection of main roads 18 and 66. Alavus train station is about three kilometers away.

The area is home to a large number of retail stores, as well as other companies in various branches, e.g. ABC service station, S-market Alavus, Käyttöauto Alavus, Alavuden Pelti ja Rakennus, Tsv-Metal Oy etc.

There are still a few business building plots available in the area with an excellent location.

Fasadi Business Area

Fasadi Business Area is located in the immediate vicinity of the busy main road 66, on the other side of the Business Development Fasadi’s office building. There are four commercial plots of approximately 3 500 -5 000 m² on both sides of Tietotie road.

The business area offers excellent opportunities for office building and service placement, as the location is strategically important when entering the city from the south. The area match the need of tourists and local residents, as there are few refueling or stopping points along the route, making it ideal for setting up a service station, retail shop or restaurant.

The beautiful surroundings highlight the attractiveness of the area. The nearby lake landscape, Harri beach and art center, as well as the cozy residential area of Lahdenkylä make the area attractive and comfortable.

Tuuri Business Area

Tuuri Business Area is especially known for the Veljekset Keskinen Oy village shop, which is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Finland. The area draws millions of visitors each year, and its unique village shop concept with its hotel, camping area and events offers tremendous potential to the companies located here.

In the area operate also companies in other sectors, including industrial and service operators. This makes the area not only a center of tourism and commerce, but also an important center of employment and business development regionally. Good transport connections and a central location along the main roads provide excellent conditions for the success of various businesses. Lehtosenmäki Business Area is located along main road 18 near the center of Töysä. As many as 11 industrial plots are available in the area. The plot sizes varies between 4 041 – 6 977 m2. The price of the plots is 2 €/m2.

Kiinteistö Oy Alavus Industrial park is located in the industrial area of Alavus station. The industrial park consists of several factory halls and facilities of various sizes, mainly for industrial and warehouse use.
